Nicolas Gagnon

Since 2005, Nicolas Gagnon has held several management roles at Université Laval, including Director of the Teaching and Learning Services, IT Project Manager, and Executive Sponsor of major technological initiatives. He holds a master's degree in educational technology and is a doctoral candidate in the Educational Leadership and Policy program at the University of British Columbia. His teaching and research interests include pedagogical innovation with ICT, online learning, knowledge management, corporate e-learning management, user experience design, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on teaching practices in higher education.
